Artificial boundary conditions and domain decomposition method for dispersive PDEs

Abstract

In this presentation I will present the classical techniques of constructing transparent boundary conditions for linear and non-linear Schrödinger equations, and their approximation. I will present their usefulness as transmission conditions in the domain decomposition methods of Schwartz wave relaxation type.
