Registration fees: for participants that are not speakers, there is a contribution fee of 150€ for accomodation and food.

Housing: Housing will be at the venue. Rooms have been reserved from sunday May 1st to saturday May 7th (6 nights). The housing is mostly paid by the conference supports, the rest is covered by the registration fees.

Access: The simplest is to take a boat (http://www.tlv-tvm.com) from "La Tour Fondue" in the town of Giens, near the cities Hyères and Toulon. The boat round trip is 17€30 (see this link) and the ticket is bought at departure. The first boat leaves La Tour Fondue at 9h00 and the last at 18h00. To get to La Tour Fondue, go to the city of Hyères (there is an airport called Toulon-Hyères, and a train station called Hyères). The French train company is called SNCF and has a French website, an English website, and version in several other european languages. Then reach La Tour Fondue either by taxi or by bus, line 67 (public transport website: (French only) http://www.reseaumistral.com/). Once in the Porquerolles harbour, the Hotel Club IGeSA is very close by.
