The PCMath project has been awarded the CNRS Collective Cristal that rewards teams devoted to research support.

PCMath is a plan, involving 36 libraries in France, coordinating at national level the conservation, in the best possible conditions, of printed collections of mathematical periodical publications, in order to guarantee long-term access to the scientific community. Dominique Barrère, head of the Mathematics and Mechanics Library, is a member of the steering committee and of the technical committee of the project.

The Mathematics and Mechanics Library is in this framework a conservation pole for 147 titles.
