Victor Magron, member of the Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes (LAAS) and researcher in the Toulouse Mathematics Institute (IMT) is a specialist in certified optimization and polynomial optimization. He searches both for for the best solutions to non-convex optimization problems and for a certificate validating them. He will receive the 2023 CNRS bronze medal.
